State police at Frackville

State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police responded to a criminal mischief incident at 5:51 p.m. March 23 on Church Street in East Brunswick Township.

They said the driver of a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado, who was not identified, intentionally damaged grass on a property.

The suspect was located and identified, police said.

• A 47-year-old Coaldale man was cited for a Dog Law violation after police were called to West Miner Street in Coaldale at 4:17 p.m. March 22.

Police said a 33-year-old man from Coaldale told them the suspect’s two untethered dogs entered his property multiple times.

• Police were called to another Dog Law violation report at 6:41 p.m. March 10 on Fisher Avenue in Coaldale. They said the owners of a dog retrieved it and left the scene. They said the complainant could not provide officers a description of the owners.
