Eva R. Lehr of Bethlehem passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2025 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. She was the wife of the late Richard Henry Lehr.

Born in Fountain Hill, she was a daughter of the late Charles Jacob and Gussie Eva (Wert) Renninger.

She was a 1948 graduate of Liberty HS.

She was an executive secretary at the Bethlehem Steel Corporation for 30 years until she retired in 1984.

She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Fountain Hill.

She belonged to AARP and Fountain Hill Golden Hillers. She was a scout and leader and was involved in Girl Scouts years ago.

She is survived by nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by three sisters, June A. Scharr, Barbara A. Altieri and Doris M. DiGiacinto; and three brothers, John F. Renninger, Charles J. Renninger Jr. and Thomas J. Renninger Sr.
