State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported two people were cited after an incident Sunday.

A 66-year-old man and a 57-year-old woman, both from Effort, were cited for harassment by physical contact after they were involved in an altercation that police responded to a domestic incident at 10:30 a.m. Sunday on Orchard View Drive, Chestnuthill Township.
