State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:
• Police were called to a criminal mischief incident at 2:37 p.m. March 8 at a property on AFD Lane, Eldred Township.
They said a 73-year-old Kunkletown man told them a female friend, 58, whom he allowed to live in his house, broke items and shoved him during a physical altercation with her husband, a 54-year-old man who also lives there.
Police told the 73-year-old he would have to formally evict the woman if he wanted her out of his house and that the broken items were a civil matter.
The woman was cited for harassment for punching her husband, according to police.
They said they are also investigating a Protection From Abuse order violation.
• Police responded to a theft at 3 p.m. Feb. 22 at a property on Mountain View Drive, Polk Township.
They said Joseph Trendler, 61, of Kunkletown, told them someone stole five boulders that he had placed at the edge of his property to mark the property line.
He valued the boulders at $100. The complaint is under investigation.
• Police said $700 worth of construction materials were stolen from a site off Maury Road in Penn Forest Township. The theft was reported at 4:17 p.m. March 10.
Police said the copper wire valued at $500 and the grounding clamps valued at $200 were owned by MJ Drilling, Iron Mountain, Michigan.
