Two Philadelphia men were cited after a traffic stop by state police at the Pocono barracks on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Police stopped a 2011 Dodge Caliber at mile marker 68.4 in Washington Township at 12:51 p.m. Wednesday.
They said the driver of the vehicle, Yahaira Galarza, was cited for misuse of a registration plate after it was determined he placed a plate on the car that belonged to another vehicle.
The owner of the car, Alexander Cortes, was cited for the vehicle displaying a fraudulent inspection sticker.
The victims in the case were listed by police as Broughton’s Service Center, Morris, and Smith Auto Repair, Altoona.
