• Diamond Fire Company, 110 Main St., Walnutport will host the Railroad and Industrial Preservation Society Spring Train Show from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at the Bingo Hall.

• The Slatington History Preservation Committee is hosting a kickoff meeting for America’s 250th anniversary in 2026. The public and area organizations to collaborate in shaping the events and activities that will mark this historic milestone.

The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Vigilant Fire Company, 110 S. Walnut St. in Slatington.
