Schuylkill County Court

The following sentences were handed down recently in Schuylkill County Court:

• Robert Jobrey Jr., 42, of Minersville, was sentenced by Judge Christina Hale to 15-40 years in a state correctional institution on a charge of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child leveled by state police at Frackville.

On a charge of incest of a minor 13-18 years old, he was sentenced to 2-4 years concurrent to the other sentence, meaning it will be served at the same time.

On a charge of corruption of minors-sexual acts, he was sentenced to 1-2 years concurrently.

Jobrey was also sentenced to 9-24 months concurrently on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

• Frank Miller, 49, of Lansford, was sentenced by Hale to 5-23 months in Schuylkill County Prison on a charge of simple assault made by Ashland Borough Police on Sept. 2, 2024.

Miller also has to pay the costs of prosecution, plus another $400, and perform 10 hours of community service.

• Shawn Murphy, 45, of Lansford, was sentenced to 2-6 months by Judge William Burke to 2-6 months on a charge of driving under the influence made by state police at Frackville on June 8, 2024.

Murphy was also ordered to pay a fine of $1,000, the costs of prosecution, another $1,352.49, and perform 10 hours of community service.

He must also serve 12 months’ probation on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

• Anita Collins, 37, of Tamaqua, was sentenced by Burke to up to six months in jail on a charge of driving under the influence leveled by Tamaqua police on March 22, 2024.

Collins must pay the costs of prosecution, a fine of $1,000, plus another $817.77, and perform 10 hours of community service.

• David Halaburda, 30, of Barnesville, was sentenced by Hale to 6-12 months on a charge of possession of a controlled substance leveled by state police at Frackville.

Halaburda will also have to pay the cost of prosecution, plus $363. On a charge of retail theft, he has to pay a $200 fine plus costs.

• Corey Wall, 52, of Frackville, was sentenced to 4.5-23 months in Schuylkill County Prison on a charge of access device fraud leveled by Frackville Borough Police on Oct. 20, 2023.

Wall must also pay the cost of prosecution, plus another $899.14.

He will also have to serve 12 months of probation on a charge of possession of a controlled substance made by Frackville police on Nov. 8, 2023.

Wall will also have to pay the costs of prosecution plus another $250 on that charge.

• Kevin Mohl Sr., 37, of Schuylkill Haven, was sentenced by Burke to 4-23 months in Schuylkill County Prison on a charge of criminal trespass made by West Penn Township Police on July 12, 2024.

Mohl will also have to pay the costs of prosecution, plus another $400 and perform 20 hours of community service.

He will also have to serve three years concurrent probation, 4-23 months concurrently on a count of criminal conspiracy, and 4-23 months concurrently on a charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition.

• Nakiema Primer, 44, of Pottsville, was sentenced by Hale to 3-6 years in a state correctional facility on a charge of persons not to possess firearms leveled by Pottsville police on July 30, 2024.

Primer was also sentenced to 2-4 years concurrently on a charge of theft by unlawful taking, and 12 months of probation on a charge of criminal mischief to be served concurrently.

He must also pay $1,034.44.
