Lehighton Borough Council took the following action on Monday:

• Approved payment application No. 3 for Advanced pipe Technologies in the amount of $273,328 for Lehighton I & I, abatement project.

• Approved Pioneer’s Contract to repair the Light & Power Building for $5,500.

• Approved a resolution establishing the 2025 salaries to include the L&P vice superintendent and police department administrative assistant.

• Approved the 2025-2029 PathStone annex rental contract.

• Approved a sewer connection permit for 338 Ochre St.

• Approved eight $50 gift cards in honor of Administrative Professional Day.

• Approved a $50 ad for the 30th annual Carbon County Sports Hall of Fame.

• Approved a resolution for disposition of records.
