Carbon County Planning Commission
The Carbon County Planning Commission recently reviewed the following subdivision plans.
• Joseph P. and Lucinda A. Sabol received plan approval for a proposed subdivision at 141 Twin Hill Drive, Mahoning Township. The plans call for subdividing a 72.38-acre lot into two lots.
• Steve and Donna Schloch received plan approval for a proposed lot line revision at 108 Fox Hollow Lane, Towamensing Township. The plan calls for combining two parcels into one 1.0331-acre lot.
• Robert and Elizabeth Snyder received no recommendation for a proposed minor subdivision at 103 East Penn St., Lehighton. The plan calls for creating two lots out of a 9.747-acre lot. The commission said the plans preclude any recommendation. The comments will be sent to the borough for inclusion in further discussions.
• Jason Stolzer and Tabitha Strausser received plan approval for a proposed lot line revision on Dickens Way, Towamensing Trails, Section V, Penn Forest Township. The plans call for combining two lots into one 1.020-acre lot.
• Three Way Investments Tract received conditional plan approval for a proposed lot line revision at the intersection of Pope Lane and Towamensing Trail, lots 398 and 399, Towamensing Trails, Section 1, Penn Forest Township. The plans call for combining the two lots into one 0.829-acre lot.
• Joan L. and David J. Krahn received conditional plan approval for a proposed lot line revision at 67 Spenser Lane, Towamensing Trails, Section 1, Penn Forest Township. The plans call for combining the two lots into one 0.829-acre lot.
• 4375 Long Run LLC received plan approval for a proposed minor subdivision at the intersection of Long Run Road and Vine Street in Franklin Township. The plans call for creating five 1-acre lots from a 96-acre parcel with the remaining acres staying as one lot.
• Jan. L. Grover/Jeffrey Sernak received plan approval for a proposed minor subdivision lot consolidation at 1134 Quakake Road, Packer Township. The plans call for subdividing 13.218 acres out of Grover’s 370.218 acres and combining it with a 39.178-acre lot owned by Sernak to create a new 52.396-acre lot.
• Armin and Anne L. Feldman received plan approval for a proposed land consolidation at 431 S. Seventh St., Lehighton. The plan calls for combining two smaller lots into a 0.30-acre lot.
