Formally unveiled in Carbon County at 11:30 a.m. today was a beautifully colored portrait of the Honorable Albert H. Heimbach of Palmerton, Senior Judge of the Courts of Carbon County.

The impressive program was sponsored by the Carbon County Bar Association.

The Hon. John P. Lavelle, president judge, presided over the unveiling of the creation of Dr. Robert C. Burns of Princeton, New Jersey, in the main courtroom of the courthouse in Jim Thorpe.

Judge Heimbach retired from active participation on the bench following the completion of his second 10-year term two years ago, but he is still functioning in providing assistance to Judge Lavelle when the court calendars are heavy.
