State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:
• A 65-year-old man from New Philadelphia is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop made by police at 8:54 p.m. Feb. 21.
He was stopped in a 1994 Volvo for a Title 75 violation in the 200 block of Valley Street, New Philadelphia.
• Police are investigating an illegal dumping incident they were called to at 11:44 a.m. Jan. 30.
A 77-year-old man from Brockton reported that someone dumped about 30 bags of assorted construction waste on his property at Lincoln and Washington streets in Middleport.
A 2017 Dodge Ram truck was involved in the incident, police said.
• Four Tamaqua youths — two boys age 16, a 15-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl — were cited for harassment by (threatening) physical contact after police were called to an incident at a business in the Hometown shopping plaza, Plaza Drive, Rush Township, at 12:23 p.m. Feb. 2.
Police said they were called there for a report of an employee, a 17-year-old boy from Brockton, being assaulted.
