An 18-year-old Palmerton man is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after police made a traffic stop at 2:17 a.m. Feb. 15, state police at the Lehighton barracks said.

He was stopped in a 2011 Nissan Altima for a Motor Vehicle Code violation on Golf Road in Lower Towamensing Township.
