State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 36-year-old man from Blakeslee is the victim of a theft by deception incident reported at 6:28 p.m. Feb. 16 at 2120 Palisades Drive, Chestnuthill Township.

Police said he observed a Facebook post regarding low rent/affordable housing and purchased an application fee for the housing for $70 through the site, later depositing $700 through Zelle to reserve the rented premises, later learning the funds went to a fictitious company.

• Paul Williams, 59, of Dresher, was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct after incidents that happened between 12:08 and 12:44 p.m. Feb. 13.

Police said he made 13 telephone calls to state police at the Pocono barracks during that period, and at one time said he wanted to physically harm the station commander.
