Twelve students were inducted into the Spanish Honor Society at Panther Valley High School during a ceremony in the junior-senior high school auditorium.

Senior inductees were Gabriella Maldonado, Myla Krapf, Logan Fisher and Sophia Rivera.

A junior inductee was Hannah Schreffler.

Sophomores who were inducted were Bradley Barlett, Adrianna Cabrera, Llana Jones, Kaden Koerbler, Autumn Mercier, Brooklynn Mika and Janessa Prudente.

Krapf is the president, Schreffler is vice president, Logan Fisher is treasurer, and Madison Fisher is secretary.

The members were introduced by Evelyn Hydock, advisor of the Panther Valley Spanish Honor Society.

An explanation of the history of the Honor Society was given by Krapf.

Logan Fisher and Schreffler presented the “honoring of our Mother Candle.”

Remarks were made by Patricia Ebbert, junior-senior high school principal.

Krapf conducted the lighting of the candles. Krapf and Schreffler administer the recitation of the oath.

Ebbert and Hydock presented the inductees with their Spanish National Honor Society pins.
