Kmetz scores eight of his game-high 28 points during a fourth-quarter run that helps hold off the Chargers. Thorpe, coached by Dan Novey, receives 27 from Keegan, who also registers eight assists. The Kmetz/Keegan combo combine for 22 field goals, each finishing with 11. Dennis contributes 15 points to the winning cause, while Dave Zurn adds a strong rebounding effort.
