The Pleasant Valley School Board approved the following contracts during their meeting on Thursday.

• IDEA — Part B Use of Funds Agreement between Pleasant Valley School District and Colonial Intermediate Unit 20 from July 1, 2024 to Sept. 30;

• Colonial Intermediate Unit 20 — Small group job coaching services for a PVSD Student for a total cost of $68.67 per hour for 85 hours, not to exceed $4,986.95, from Feb. 3 to May 30;

• Colonial Intermediate Unit 20 — RWAN internet Access from July 1 to June 30, 2027, and cloud-based DDoS filtering from July 1 to June 30, 2028 for a combined annual cost of $15,388.61;

• Frontline — Learning and Collaboration Resource and Profession Learning Management from May 30 to June 30, at a prorated initial cost of $3,800.91, plus a one-time implementation fee of $10,455. Then a term from July 1 to June 30, 2026 with an annual fee of $43,354.25;

• Engle-Hambright and Davies Inc. — Student Helper Accident Renewal Policy from Feb. 9 to Feb. 9, 2026 with a total cost of $499.25.

• Participation in the Department of General Services Costars Contract for Sodium Chloride (Road Salt) for the 2025-26 fiscal year;

• 2024-25 Spring Athletic Supplies and Equipment Bid — Total is $13,880.66 for baseball, boys lacrosse, girls lacrosse, softball, boys tennis, and track and field: BSN Sports, $5,342.03; Pyramid, $1,476.29; Riddell, $315; Sportsmans, $4,990.84; and Triple Crown Sports, $1,756.50.
