The Jim Thorpe girls sixth grade all-star basketball team played in the Kline’s Hoopfest in Schuylkill Haven over the weekend. The team went 5-0, beating Eagles Hoops 5, Haven Rec All-Stars, Shenandoah 5/6, JT 5th Grade All-Stars and Minersville 6. Mikenah Pruitte led the team with 35 points, with Tatelynn Richardson scoring 33 and adding 44 rebounds. Brynn Thompson paced the team with 17 assists and 20 steals.
