State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported the following crashes:
• Geraldine Nesby, 76, of Stroudsburg, had suspected minor injuries after a two-vehicle crash at 4:34 p.m. Feb. 4 on Route 715 in Jackson Township.
Police said she did not require an emergency medical services transport from the scene.
Police said she was driving a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse westbound when it crossed into the oncoming lane in front of a 2024 Ford F-150 pickup truck driven by Robert Tanacredi, 63, of Effort, striking it. The F-150 traveled off the right side of the road and hit a pole.
Both vehicles sustained disabling damage and needed to be towed from the scene.
Tanacredi was uninjured in the crash.
Nesby was cited after the crash, according to police.
• Police said Sugar Hollow Road in Chestnuthill Township was shut down from about 2 to 3 p.m. Feb. 1 after a tractor-trailer struck and pulled down a tree east of Pine Tree Terrace.
Police did not identify the driver of the 2005 Kenworth who was westbound when the incident occurred.
They said the rig was hauling an oversized load (a tree harvester) when it became caught on an overhanging branch that extended into the roadway, inadvertently pulling it down onto the top of the load and both lanes of traffic.
Police said there was no sign at the site indicating a maximum height for clearance, which could have prevented the operator and the rig from traveling on that particular roadway.
The truck was not damaged and no power lines were affected by the incident, according to police.
• No one was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 7:26 p.m. Feb. 2 on Jonas Road in Chestnuthill Township.
Police said the crash occurred when Justin P. Sinclair, 28, of Valley Stream, New York, was driving a 2022 Hyundai Tucson southbound and lost control of it. The vehicle went off the left side of the road and hit a tree. Police said the impact caused the vehicle to bounce back onto the road, where it was struck by a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek that was northbound at the time and whose driver, Amy J. Lebron, 43, of Kunkletown, was unable to avoid the collision.
Police said both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
• A 2017 Nissan Quest had minor damage and its driver, who police did not name, was uninjured after a crash at 8:51 p.m. Feb. 2 on Mohawk Avenue, Chestnuthill Township.
Police said the vehicle was southbound on Seneca Trail when it crossed over Mohawk Avenue and due to ice/slush on the road traveled off the left side of the road, hitting a residential transformer box.
Police said the vehicle was able to be driven from the scene.
• Damage was minor from a one-vehicle crash at 7:13 p.m. Feb. 2 on Interstate 80 in Kidder Township.
Police said a 2010 Ford Fusion, whose driver was not identified, was westbound when the driver lost control of the car due to slippery road conditions and significant snowfall. The car went onto the right shoulder of the road and became disabled in a ditch.
It was pulled from the ditch and the driver, who was uninjured, was able to drive it from the scene.
• John Audett, 43, of Effort, was cited after police responded to a hit-and-run incident at 12:02 p.m. Nov. 3 at the intersection of Route 116 and Astolat Road in Chestnuthill Township.
Police said Audett was driving a 2008 Subaru that struck the rear of a 2017 Dodge Ram truck operated by Antonio D. Santana, 27, of Brodheadsville, after the latter stopped in his lane of travel.
No one was injured in the crash, police said.

Police said he was taken to the hospital for an evaluation of possible injuries. A passenger, Lucy A. Morris, 26, of Stroudsburg, was uninjured.
Police said Papazian was driving a 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan eastbound when it traveled off the right side of the road, hit a tree and rolled an unknown number of times, coming to rest upright.
• Police were called to a crash at 10:06 a.m. Jan. 22 on Interstate 80 in Kidder Township.
They said a 2016 Volvo whose driver was not identified attempted to merge into the left lane in front of a 2025 Freightliner, whose driver was also not identified, and struck it.
The two vehicles sustained minor damage and were able to be driven from the scene, police said.
