Two area students were among the students inducted into Delphi, the honor society at Cedar Crest College that recognizes students who have completed 86 or more total credits (including at least 60 graded credits of academic work at the college) and maintained a cumulative grade-point average of 3.8 or higher.

Students honored are Shayla Simek of Lehighton and Anya Stott of New Ringgold.

Located in Allentown, Cedar Crest is ranked by U.S. News & World Report’s 2024-2025 Best College Rankings as No. 13 in Social Mobility and is among the top 100 colleges and universities in the region.
