State police at the Pocono barracks said they stopped a 2012 GMC Terrain at 6:36 p.m. Jan. 30 at mile marker 68.7 on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike after clocking the driver traveling 91 mph in a 70 mph zone.

After the stop in Washington Township, police said they determined the annual and emission inspection stickers on the vehicle were fraudulent.

Victims in the case were listed as D&H Auto Group, Allentown, and North Star Chevrolet, Moon Township.

Police said the owner of the vehicle will be cited.
