State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following crashes:

• Hunter L. Vajda, 20, of Kunkletown, was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash at 5:31 a.m. Jan. 21 on Kunkletown Road in Eldred Township.

Police said he was driving a 2021 Subaru eastbound when he lost control of it.

The vehicle struck a guide rail on the right side of the road and sustained damage to its front-end and hood.

• James P. Anderson, 34, of Brodheadsville, was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash at 10:39 a.m. Jan. 17 on Smale Lane in Eldred Township.

Police said he was driving a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox that traveled off the road and down an embankment, striking a tree. The vehicle continued forward and hit a second tree and then landed in a culvert.

Police said Anderson fled and will be cited.

The vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
