Andreas Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. of Lehighton announces its 5-Star Scholarship to the Senior Class of 2025.

Andreas Plumbing is giving away five $500 scholarships, totaling $2,500, to seniors from Lehighton Area High School, Palmerton Area High School, Jim Thorpe Area High School, the Carbon Career & Technical Institute and the Lehigh Career & Technical Institute who plan to attend an accredited college, university or technical college and major in heating, ventilation and air conditioning or in plumbing.

Graduating trade students entering an HVAC and/or a plumbing apprentice program or securing employment at an HVAC or plumbing company upon graduation are also eligible.

“Giving back to our community and supporting the growth of new and existing HVAC technicians and plumbers are important to us,” Danielle Andreas, co-owner of Andreas Plumbing, said. Our industry is rapidly expanding, and we are always on the lookout for talented and driven individuals to join our team. In addition to the scholarship, we are inviting each school to schedule our technicians to speak to their students about careers in HVAC and plumbing.”

The scholarship can be used to help offset the cost of tuition or books for 2025 graduates who wish to study or apprentice in the HVAC and plumbing trades.

It can also help cover tool costs for current trade students who will obtain full-time employment as HVAC technicians or plumbers upon graduation. Awards must be used within a one-year period. The deadline to apply is April 4.
