The following defendants were recently sentenced in Schuylkill County Court.
Victoria Ann Argott, 45, of Lansford, was sentenced by Judge Christopher W. Hobbs to 16-36 months in jail on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance leveled by Tamaqua police.
Argott must also pay $236 in restitution to the Bethlehem Crime Lab, plus another $615.
Ricky Teter, 46, of Zion Grove, was sentenced to by Judge Christina E. Hale to 2-23 months in jail on a charge of fleeing or eluding made by Ringtown Borough police.
Teter must also pay a $500 fine, plus another $400.
Thomas Moorehead, 59, of Andreas, was sentenced by Judge Christopher W. Hobbs to six months of restrictive probation, for which he will pay $65 per month, plus a $1,000 fine and another $541,77 for an infraction filed by West Penn Township police.
Moorehead must also attend and complete highway safety school, outpatient substance abuse treatment, undergo a 12-month license suspension, and complete 10 hours of community service.
