Tamaqua police said Pennsylvania State Police issued a warrant for a man who failed to register as a sexual offender.

According to borough police, Donald Ebel, 53, who is homeless but once listed Tamaqua as his address, failed to register with state police and failed to verify his address.

Ebel was charged with indecent assault in 2010.
