A Summit Hill man faces assault, harassment and other charges after a domestic dispute Thursday in Nesquehoning.

Tristian Arroyo Pinero, 25, of East White Street, was arraigned Friday morning by District Judge Joseph Homanko on simple assault, harassment and strangulation charges.

He remains free on $20,000 unsecured bail.

According to court papers, Nesquehoning police responded to East Columbus Avenue just after 6 p.m. for a domestic dispute and found a large group in the street yelling.

A woman told police that Arroyo Pinero came to her residence uninvited and began a verbal argument, which became physical and he placed his hand around her neck, court papers said.
