Mahoning Township supervisors took the following action on Monday:

• Authorized the township engineer to make inspection of improvements made and report back to the board concerning the Starbucks letter of credit.

• Tabled the Starbucks development agreement.

• Tabled a resolution for the Dollar General deed of dedication as part of the right of way for Twin Hill Drive.

• Tabled the Blue Ridge Cable franchise agreement 10-year renewal.

• Approved the following tax collector requests: Increased to 4% in discount and base, and 5% in penalty; pay for any education classes pertaining to tax collection; and submit itemized bill to the township.

• Tabled the handicapped parking request for 146 Jamestown St.
