The Hometown branch of Hidden River Credit Union recently donated $500 to the Tamaqua Public Library as part of its Holiday Cheer for Charities initiative. Each year, team members from Hidden River’s four locations vote on the charity they would like to support, and this year, the Hometown branch selected the local library. The credit union noted that it is thrilled to contribute to youth education programs, especially as a credit union founded by educators.
