Northwestern had a huge first half and then cruised to a 78-47 Colonial League victory over Northern Lehigh.
Gavin Nelson scored a game-high 21 points for the Tigers, who finished the first quarter with 30 points and added 21 more in the second frame.
The winners also received 11 points from Eli Zimmerman, while Shane Marth chipped in with nine.
Kellen Bauer topped the Bulldogs with 14 points, Connor Simms added 13, and Zaid Salih tallied 10.

Pierce Gothard scored a game-high 16 points to help Jim Thorpe post a 47-38 Colonial League victory over host Moravian Academy.
Gothard tallied seven of his points during the second quarter when the Olympians broke a tie game and outscored the Lions by a 19-7 margin.
The winners also received eight points from both Aaron Curran and Brody Schrantz.
For Moravian, Gordon finished with a team-high 11 points.

Pleasant Valley won its fourth straight game to get to the .500 mark, defeating Stroudsburg 55-44 in EPC action.
Zach Prator scored eight of his team-high 19 points in the first quarter as the Bears jumped out to a 12-2 lead.
PV also received 15 points from JJ Moore, while Jaxson Haines contributed 11.
For the Mounties, Jarel Jackson tallied a game-high 20 points.

Evan Achenbach poured in a game-high 23 points to power Williams Valley to a 51-40 Schuylkill League victory over Marian.
The Vikings rebounded from a slow start and outscored the Colts 13-4 in the second frame to take a lead.
Marian received 21 points — which came on seven three-pointers — and 10 rebounds from Gregory Tirpak. The Colts’ Rocco Griguoli also added 11 boards.

Tamaqua won its third straight game, posting a 63-52 Schuylkill League upset victory over host Panther Valley.
Noah Mateyak scored 14 of his game-high 23 points in the second half as the Blue Raiders pulled away from a one-point halftime lead.
Cooper Ansbach dropped in 16 points for Tamaqua, which converted 12-of-17 free throws in the second half, while Luke Kane added nine.
For the Panthers, Logan Fisher finished with a team-high 14 points, while Brady Jones hit four three-pointers to net 12. Brody Breiner added 11.

Jim Thorpe ended a four-game losing streak by earning a 48-22 Colonial League victory over visiting Moravian Academy.
The Olympians, who raced to a 20-6 first-quarter lead, received a game-high 16 points from Briana Snisky, while Brooklyn Yuhas added 13 and Ryah Confer finished with 11.
Naoumy Diakite recorded nine points to pace the Lions.

Moravian Ac.-Tamaqua
Tamaqua and Moravian Academy split their swim meet on Tuesday.
The Blue Raider girls earned a 98-68 victory, while the boys dropped an 84-51 decision to the Lions.
Kate Behun posted wins in both the 500 freestyle and 100 backstroke for Tamaqua, while Savannah Wilson added firsts in both the 200 IM and 100 breastsroke. The Raider girls also won both relay races.
In the boys competition, Tamaqua received wins from Jacob Hehn (50 freestyle) and Brandon Temarantz (500 freestyle).
