Blue Ridge to deliver homemade valentines

Blue Ridge is launching its 12th annual “Touch A Heart” initiative to send homemade valentines to people in the community.

Blue Ridge believes that small actions can have a big impact, and with your help “Touch A Heart” will be a testament to the strength of the community.

Homemade valentines will be delivered to nursing home residents, veterans, soldiers, caregivers, hospital patients and others who may not otherwise receive a personalized Valentine’s Day message this year.

All ages are welcome to create and submit homemade valentines.

Last year, Blue Ridge delivered over 12,600 homemade cards to over 93 local organizations.

The deadline to return handmade cards to Blue Ridge is Feb. 3.

Individuals and organizations can drop off cards at Blue Ridge retail centers or mail them to:
