State police at the Stroudsburg barracks said they are investigating the theft of a 2012 Honda Civic that was reported at 1:24 p.m. Dec. 22.

The theft occurred on Lake Road, Hamilton Township.

Police said a 65-year-old man from Saylorsburg reported that someone walked onto the property and stole the vehicle, which was running.
