State police at the Pocono barracks reported the following crashes that occurred on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike:
• No one was hurt in a two-vehicle crash at 1 p.m. Dec. 11 at mile marker 80.8 in Penn Forest Township.
Police said the crash occurred when a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder driven by Douglas C. Campbell, 61, of Wilmington, Delaware, traveling south, went out of control and sideswiped a 2017 Freightliner Cascadia driven by Francisco Morales Ortiz, 33, of Whitehall.
Police said the Pathfinder was towed from the scene, while the rig had minor damage.
• Dakota S. Oetzel, 20, of Spring City, was cited after a one-vehicle crash at 5:50 p.m. Nov. 4 at mile marker 98 in Kidder Township. She was uninjured in the incident.
Police said she was driving a 2022 Toyota northbound when it traveled off the roadway and struck a guide rail.
The vehicle was towed from the scene, police said.
• Michael F. Koharchik Jr., 28, of West Wyoming, was cited for failure to drive at a safe speed after a one-vehicle crash at 11:18 p.m. Nov. 21 at mile marked 94.5 in Kidder Township. He was uninjured in the incident.
Police said he was driving a 2010 GMC Acadia northbound when it left the road and struck an embankment.
The vehicle was towed from the scene, police said.
