State police at the Hazleton barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 23-year-old woman from Sugarloaf is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia after police made a traffic stop at 11:37 a.m. Oct. 21.

She was stopped in a 2023 Toyota RAV4 for a traffic violation on North Kennedy Drive in Banks Township, after which she was taken into custody and administered a blood test.

• A 39-year-old woman from Kelayres is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after police made a traffic stop at 2:16 a.m. Dec. 19.

She was stopped in a 2005 Ford Taurus in the 600 block of Alter Street in Hazleton.
