State police at the Stroudsburg barracks reported the following crashes:
Police said four crashes occurred on Christmas Eve morning in the area of mile marker 19.1 on Route 33 in Hamilton Township.
They said it was snowing and the roads were snow-covered at the time.
Police said the first crash occurred at 6:58 a.m. when the driver of a 2015 Nissan Altima was traveling north and was unable to stop in time before striking a 2018 Lincoln MKC that was stopped.
No towing was required for the vehicles.
At 7:39 a.m., a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban and a 2006 Jeep were involved in a crash during which the Suburban was not able to stop in time for a crash between the Jeep and a state police vehicle, striking the Jeep in the rear.
None of those vehicles had to be towed, police said.
The last crash occurred at 7:26 a.m. and involved a 2018 Honda HRV that went out of control and struck a guide rail.
Police did not identify any of the drivers but said that no one was injured in any of the incidents.
