State police at the Fogelsville barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 36-year-old Jim Thorpe man was cited for shoplifting after police were called to the Target store, North Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, at 6:38 p.m. Nov. 26.

Police said he was cited for a past retail theft after information on the suspect and a 2019 Buick Encore that was involved in the incident was acquired.

Police said the man stole various vinyl records valued at $215.43.

• A 54-year-old woman and a 56-year-old man, both from Kempton, were cited for harassment by physical contact after police were called to an inactive domestic incident at 12:19 p.m. Dec. 19 at a property on Zimmerman Road, Lynn Township.

Police said a third party reported the incident. It was determined those involved had to be separated.
