Eight Oaks craft distillery in New Tripoli has released the next Ready-to-Drink cocktail in their lineup, the Espresso Martini.

In partnership with Baristi Coffee Roasters of Allentown, the Espresso Martini RTD uses Eight Oaks’ American Vodka, which is made with grain grown by Newhard’s Farms and Colombian coffee locally roasted by Baristi.

Eight Oaks’ founder and CEO Chad Butters is excited about the lineup expansion and the partnership. “This release represents another example of the power of local. We’re using local grains and locally roasted coffee, giving folks a local product, from brands they can trust, resulting in a fantastic-tasting RTD.”

Baristi will host an open house beginning at 3 p.m. Jan. 18, 2025, with Eight Oaks giving out free Espresso Martini samples, along with live music and Tapas, provided by Baristi, to celebrate the launch.
