Thrivent is hosting a free educational event to help attendees develop a strategy to maximize Social Security benefits. The 1-hour event will be held at 2 p.m. Jan. 4, 2025 at Western Pocono Community Library, 131 Pilgrim Way, Brodheadsville. The event will be presented by Daryl Brown Financial Advisor with Thrivent Financial in Brodheadsville.

The event will seek to answer common questions about Social Security such as:

• When should I apply for Social Security?

• How can I maximize my benefits?

• How will this affect my spouse?

This event is available to the public but space is limited.
