The Chestnuthill Township Board of Supervisors voted to adopt a 2025 budget at their Dec. 17 meeting that keeps the tax rate the same.
The rate in the $10.8 million spending plan is 2.66 mills.
Other business included the following:
• The Escheverria property at 1796 Route 209 will be put on the market by Dean Arner Real Estate. The township had bought the property years ago with plans to demolish the structure and sell the land, but that was delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
• A payment of $150,528.95 to Multiscape Inc. for the recycling canopy and dolly path at the transfer station was approved.

• A change order in the amount of $9,182.20 to Bracy Construction for a new storm inlet will be paid.
• The Pleasant Valley Assembly of God land development plan (preliminary/final) was tabled.
• The West End Fire Company reported it had 56 calls for November and, to date, had 519 calls for the year.
The reorganization and next regular meeting of the supervisors will be at 7 p.m. Jan. 6.
