He was stopped in a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder at mile marker 68.7 in Washington Township for an expired registration, when police learned of the license suspension. Further investigation indicated the vehicle’s annual and emission inspection stickers were fraudulent.
Victims in the case are Auto Tronics, Southampton, and Ramsey’s Garage, Mifflintown.
• Police stopped a 2013 Nissan Altima for going 95 mph in a 70 mph zone at mile marker 62 in North Whitehall Township at 7:51 p.m. Dec. 8 and learned the car had fictitious annual and emission inspection stickers on it.
