Palmerton Borough Council on Thursday unanimously approved the appointment of the following borough officers:

• Autumn Canfield, manager, secretary, treasurer, streets commissioner.

• Kim Rodrigues, assistant manager.

• Jenny Y.C. Cheng, solicitor.

• Keystone Consulting Engineers, general engineer.

• Entech Engineering, sewer engineer.

• Keystone Consulting Engineers, water engineer.

• Duane Dellecker, zoning and building code officer.

• Carolee Boyer, code enforcement officer.

• Keystone Consulting Engineers, sewage enforcement officer.

• Duane Dellecker, health officer.

• Kim Rodrigues, open records officer.

Also on Thursday, council approved appointments to the following boards and commissions:

• Joseph Slovick, one-year term, zoning hearing board alternate.

• Carlene Andress, three-year term, zoning hearing board.

• William Stribany, three-year term, shade tree commission.

• Joseph Lower, five-year term, municipal authority.

• James Christman, four-year term, planning commission.

• Steve Elton, five-year term, UCC Board of Appeals.

• John Woginrich, one-year term, library board representative.

• Autumn Canfield, one-year term, representative to Carbon County Tax Collection Committee.

• Kris Hoffner, one-year term, representative to Carbon County Council of Governments.

• Autumn Canfield, one-year term, alternate representative to Carbon County Council of Governments.
