A mobile home was destroyed by a fast moving fire Saturday morning in Mahoning Township. The blaze was reported at 9:15 a.m. as a working dwelling fire at lot 17 in Nis Hollow Estates.

When firefighters arrived on scene the single family wood frame dwelling was fully involved in flames. The occupants managed to escape the flames.

Responding were the Mahoning Valley, East Penn and Bowmanstown fire companies.
