State police at Lehighton

State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police cited a 42-year-old woman and a 44-year-old man, both from Lansford, after they responded to an active domestic incident at 10:53 a.m. Dec. 13 on East Bertsch Street in Lansford.

Both were cited for harassment by physical contact, police said.

• A 59-year-old man from Saylorsburg was targeted in a theft by deception/identity theft incident police responded to at a property on Bluegrass Lane, Ross Township.

The man reported that between 8-9 a.m. Dec. 11 someone obtained his bank account information and withdrew $560 from his checking account.

Police said the man has been reimbursed by the bank.

• A 23-year-old man from North Wales is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance after police conducted a traffic stop at 9:51 a.m. Nov. 27 on East Amidon Street in Summit Hill.

The man was driving a 2018 Subaru that police stopped for a Motor Vehicle Code violation, after which police suspected him to be under the influence. They said they also found him to be in possession of a controlled substance.
