The office of the East Penn Township tax collector will be closed for Christmas on Dec. 24 and 25, as well as on Dec. 31 and Jan. 1 for New Year’s.

The office will be open on Monday, Dec. 23 from 6-8 p.m. and Monday, Dec. 30 from 6-8 p.m. for last-minute tax payments.

People can also place payments in the locked drop box.

Any payments postmarked after Dec. 31 will be returned to the sender.

Please note that after Dec. 15, all payments must be in the form of a money order, certified bank check or cash; no personal or company checks will be accepted.
