Three Times News area football players were recently named to the Schuylkill County Football Coaches Association all-star first teams on both offense and defense.

Marian’s Michael Gelatko was selected to the Small School First Team at both tight end and defensive end, while Tamaqua’s Tyler Koch and Victor Schlosser both made the Big School squad on offense and defense.

Koch was chosen at fullback and linebacker, while Schlosser made the team at wide receiver and defensive back.

The Blue Raiders also had Luke Kane (offensive athlete), Declan Coleman (tight end) and Bradley Whalen (nose guard) earn first team status on the Big School list, while the Colts’ Aidan Milkovits (offensive tackle) was a first teamer among the Small School clubs.
