The Pleasant Valley School Board approved several personnel items at its meeting on Thursday and Superintendent James Konrad made two reappointments. The items were:

• Reappointment of Jennifer Pandolfo and Robert Reeder to the Western Pocono Community Library.

• Hiring of professional staff — Aidan Moulton, music teacher, PVMS and PVHS, salary B Step 1, $52,642, to replace Christina Shoemaker.

• Change to current assignment — Samantha Curry, third-grade teacher to kindergarten teacher, to replace Meghan Kondisko (change of assignment).

• Supplemental contracts: athletic noncoaching — Hillary Hahn, winter, varsity and junior varsity and substitute for all seasons and levels for 2024-25 school year, $45 and $40 per event.

• Supplemental contracts: nonathletic — National Key Club adviser, Shannon Simpson, Dec. 10 to May 30, 2025, PVHS, $1,300.

• Intramural advisers — Baseball: Matthew Burnett, adviser; Christopher Beck, volunteer; Dec. 9 to Feb. 28, 2025, PVHS.
