The Blue Raiders received victories from both basketball squads, as well the girls swim team.
BOYS BASKETBALL
Lehigh Valley Charter-Tamaqua
Tamaqua gained its first win of the season, defeating Lehigh Valley Academy 50-37 in non-conference action.
Luke Kane scored a game-high 14 points for the Blue Raiders, who pulled away in the fourth quarter with a 20-point period.
The winners also received 13 points from both Cooper Ansbach and Noah Mateyak.
Davien Orozco paced the Jaguars with 11 points.

Jake Pukszyn led the Hurricanes with a team-high 17 points, while William Palmer III chipped in with 13.
The Bears’ Zach Prator netted a game-high with 19 points. Teammate Sebastian Sacci added 15.

The Blue Raider girls scored a 103-63 win, while the Tide came away with a 101-54 victory in boys action.
Kate Behun (200 freestyle, 100 backstroke) and Savannah Wilson (200 IM, 100 breaststroke) posted multiple wins for Tamaqua, while both also swam a leg in multiple winning relays.
Isabella Jones (500 freestyle) also placed first in an event, as did Jacob Hehn (50 freestyle).
