The Pleasant Valley school board recognized the accomplishments of the December Students of the Month during its meeting on Thursday evening. The students are:

• Kindergarten — Maripaula Morales Torrez.

• First grade — Sherlyn Aguayo.

• Second grade — Alexander Fleming.

• Third grade — Charlotte Blundetto.

• Fourth grade — Ryleigh Rufo.

• Fifth grade — Roslyn Romano.

• Sixth grade — Cassidy Tomczyk.

• Seventh grade — Brady Fleming.

• Eighth grade — Avinash Sattaur.

• Ninth grade — Isabella London.

• 10th grade — Payten McGinniss.

• 11th grade — Mason Ostrich.

• 12th grade — Mallory Garrity.
