The Pleasant Valley School Board approved the following personnel items at their meeting on Monday:

• Affiliation agreement between Pleasant Valley School District and Northampton Community College.

• Resignation — Moriah Flyte, biology teacher, Pleasant Valley High School, effective date to be determined.

• Hiring of support staff — Stephanie Lewis, food service employee, PVHS, $13.14 per hour, replacing Jennifer Green due to change of assignment; Kristina Singer, monitor, Pleasant Valley Elementary School, $11.81 per hour, replacing Nikki Haden-Coar; Laurie Rubin, food service employee, PVES, $13.14 per hour, replacing Lisa Costenbader due to change of assignment; Erika Studley, monitor, Pleasant Valley Intermediate School, $11.81 per hour; replacing Lauren Granger.

• Intramural advisers — Pleasant Valley high school and middle school indoor field hockey: Corin Owermohle, adviser, and Joelle McKeever, Cory McKeever and Lauren Black, supporting advisers, stipend of $1,270 for nine weeks of intramural.

• Supplemental contracts: athletic noncoaching — Patrick Luchowski, winter and spring, varsity and junior varsity, $45 and $40 per event, respectively, and substitute for all seasons and all levels; Shaina Gill, winter, varsity and junior varsity, $45 and $40 per event, respectively, and substitute for all seasons and all levels.

• Supplemental contracts: nonathletic — Laurie Koonce, detention monitor, PVIS, $27 per hour; Andrea Filachek, Lalena Cordova and Jacqueline Hardy, after-school tutors, PVES, $35 per hour; Nicholas Farkas, Heather Pomposello, Laura Ammermann, Crystal Hicks, April Evans and Gena Orlowski, after-school tutors, PVIS, $35 per hour; and Loretta Snyder, after-school tutor, $35 per hour.

• Rescind hiring — Ashley Izarek, monitor, PVES.

• Volunteers — Patricia Zale, Kasi Pohorence, Wendy Reagle, Robert Gerstner, Dakoda Lucas and Kyle Packel.
