State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 22-year-old Saylorsburg man is facing drug possession charges after police made a traffic stop at 9:03 a.m. Nov. 13.

He was stopped in a 2011 Volkswagen Golf for violations in Chestnuthill Township.

Police said he was in possession of controlled substances.

• A 22-year-old Bowmanstown man is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police made a traffic stop at 2:08 a.m. Nov. 13.

He was stopped in a 2006 Hyundai Elantra for a Motor Vehicle Code violations on Smithlane Road, East Penn Township.

• Police were called to a harassment by physical contact case at 9:29 a.m. Nov. 10 on Quail Drive in Penn Forest Township. They said the incident was a landlord-tenant dispute. The parties involved refused to cooperate with police.

• A 63-year-old Lehighton man is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after police made a traffic stop at 12:16 a.m. Nov. 2.

He was stopped in a 2001 Hartline travel trailer for a Motor Vehicle Code violation on Dinkey Road, East Penn Township.
