A free car seat check, sponsored by Kids Zone of Carbon County, will be held at Lehighton Ambulance Association, 516 Iron St., Lehighton, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday.

All families with small children are welcome to drop by for a certified technician to check the car seat for recalls, proper installation and that it meets the needs of the child using it.

Parents should bring the child that uses the seat being checked.
