November 21, 1964 — John Yankovich rushes for 100 yards and three touchdowns to help Panther Valley close its first-ever season with a 52-0 rout of Saint Clair. Yankovich contributes runs of 15 and 17 yards to help set up his 1-yard tally that opens the game’s scoring. Later, a 50-yard punt return by John Mikulsky leads to a 4-yard TD run by Yankovich. His third score comes on a 10-yard burst during the final frame. The Panthers, coached by Rich Davidyock, also receive scoring runs from Charlie Williams (one yard), Billy Maynard (two yards) and Ed Vermillion (13 yards), while Williams throws a 59-yard TD pass to Stan Bankus and Ken Vermillion tosses a 28-yard scoring strike to Rich Evanko.
